Popup Studio
Design, preview and publish your NavonaAI popup in Popup Studio, one place for layout, colors, copy and languages, with no theme edits.
Popup Studio is the one home for your abandonment popup. Every store designs its popup in Popup Studio in the NavonaAI dashboard. Open it from Popup Studio in the sidebar.
The old popup settings in the Shopify theme editor are retired. Your popup is designed in Popup Studio, and the NavonaAI app embed in your theme is NavonaAI's brain and data-collection engine and must stay on at all times. To turn the popup on or off, use the AI Prevention Feature switch on NavonaAI's Prevention Settings page. If you open Manage app on the NavonaAI app embed in the theme editor, it takes you to NavonaAI's Settings page.
Edit and Publish Without Touching Your Theme
Change your copy, colors, offer and design, press Publish, and the change is live on your store right away. There are no theme edits, no developer and no app update involved.
Two Editors
Popup Studio has two modes:

Features that are not on your plan stay visible, with clear upgrade options, so you can see what each plan adds.
Basic Editor
Included on every plan. You can set:
- Brand colors
- Headline and body copy
- Button text and your offer
A live preview updates as you edit, and Preview on Your Shopify Store opens your real storefront so you can see exactly what shoppers get. When you have not set a discount yet, the preview shows a sample 10% offer.

Pro Editor
Available on the Scale and Done-For-You plans. In the Pro editor you:
- Build a custom popup from blocks: headline, text, image, offer, button and layout.
- Pick your store's own brand font in every font picker.
- Design on a mobile-first canvas with device presets, and check it in a full-screen preview.
- See your store's real incentive in thumbnails and previews.
Design Library
The Pro editor includes a design library where you keep several designs for your store. For each design you can create, duplicate, publish, archive and delete. A Live on store bar shows which design shoppers see now, and status colors show whether each design is a draft, published or archived.
Every published version is saved. Open the version history and restore any earlier version in one click.
A design that is part of a running or scheduled design test is locked. You cannot edit, unpublish, archive or delete it until the test ends, and Popup Studio explains why when you try.
Languages
Popup Studio supports multi-language popups on all plans, with the number of languages set by your plan. See Popup Languages.
Reliability
Your popup is built to load safely alongside the other apps on your storefront. If a custom design cannot load, nothing shows instead of a broken popup, so shoppers never see a half-working popup.
New Stores
New stores get a ready-to-go Basic popup automatically. Onboarding takes you through Turn on NavonaAI, then your popup, then Popup Studio, where you can customize it any time.
Prevention Settings
Configure NavonaAI prevention: the AI toggle, incentive type, discount amount, minimum purchase and how discounts combine with other codes.
Basic Editor
Brand your NavonaAI popup in Popup Studio's Basic editor: colors, fonts, layout and copy, with a live preview of what shoppers will see.
