Popup Languages
Choose the languages your NavonaAI popup supports so shoppers see it in their own language, and see how many languages each plan includes.
Shoppers see your popup in their own language. In Popup Studio you choose which languages your popup supports and which one is the default.
Choosing Languages and the Default
In Popup Studio, choose which languages your popup supports and which one is the default. Use the Preview language menu in the editor to check and edit your copy language by language. Shoppers then see the popup in their own language, and screen-reader labels (the text read aloud to people using assistive technology) translate automatically too.
Which Language a Shopper Sees
The Popup language setting decides which language is shown:
- Market language (recommended) shows the language your store uses in the shopper's market.
- Browser language shows the shopper's browser language when your design has it, and otherwise falls back to the market language.
How Many Languages Your Plan Includes
Multi-language popups are available on all plans. The number of popup languages included depends on your plan:
