Analytics Overview

Your NavonaAI dashboard gives you a real-time view of how your store is performing at every stage of the cart-to-checkout journey — and how much revenue the prevention system is recovering.

What the Dashboard Shows

Key Metrics

The top section of the dashboard surfaces the core numbers for your selected date range:

  • Total Sales Lost — estimated revenue lost to cart abandonment
  • Abandonment Rate — percentage of carts that didn't convert to orders
  • Daily Impact — average daily revenue loss from abandonment

Prevention Performance

When AI Prevention is enabled, these cards show how the exit-intent popup is performing:

  • Interventions Shown — total popups displayed to shoppers
  • Conversions — popups that led to a completed purchase
  • Prevention Rate — percentage of interventions that converted
  • Added Revenue — total order value from popup-assisted conversions

The dashboard includes time-series charts so you can spot patterns — day-of-week effects, the impact of campaigns, or shifts after making changes to your prevention settings.

Date Ranges

Use the date picker at the top of the dashboard to focus on a specific time window. The "Include Today" toggle adds the current partial day on top of your selected range.

Bot Protection

By default, NavonaAI filters out suspected bot traffic from your analytics so your numbers reflect real shoppers. You can configure the thresholds to suit your store's catalog. See Bot Protection for details.
