Analytics Overview
Your NavonaAI dashboard gives you a real-time view of how your store is performing at every stage of the cart-to-checkout journey — and how much revenue the prevention system is recovering.
What the Dashboard Shows
Abandonment Metrics
The top section of the dashboard surfaces the core abandonment numbers for your selected date range:
- Cart Abandonment Rate — the percentage of carts that were created but never converted to orders
- Active Carts — carts that are currently open (created but not yet ordered)
- Checkout Abandonment — shoppers who reached checkout but didn't complete the purchase
- Revenue Lost — estimated value of carts that were abandoned
Prevention Performance
This section shows how the exit-intent popup is performing:
- Popups Shown — total number of times the popup was displayed to shoppers
- Popup Conversions — shoppers who clicked through the popup and completed a purchase
- Conversion Rate — the percentage of popup views that resulted in an order
- Revenue Recovered — total order value from popup-assisted conversions
Trends
The dashboard includes time-series charts so you can spot patterns — day-of-week effects, the impact of campaigns, or shifts after making changes to your prevention settings.
Date Ranges
Use the date picker at the top of the dashboard to focus on a specific time window. The "Include Today" toggle adds the current partial day on top of your selected range.

Bot Protection
By default, NavonaAI filters out suspected bot traffic from your analytics so your numbers reflect real shoppers. You can configure the thresholds to suit your store's catalog. See Bot Protection for details.
